Hey friends! I finally have a new blog post after being away the past couple months. Check it out in the link in my bio 😊
Sun, growth, and warmth are in the air 🌱☀️🌱 are you excited for the months ahead? Traditionally my symptoms relent in the summer, so I’m getting pretty stoked 😄
Yoga—do you have a regular practice or are you considering trying it? I just started 3 weeks ago and wrote a post about what the experience has been like so far. Take a look at the link in my bio 🧘‍♀️
Spring is finally in the air here in Canada, and with that come new beginnings! I just made the transition from wordpress.com to a self-hosted blog and wrote a post about it. Check out the link in my bio for an update on how it went 🙂
Hello and happy Monday! I’m feeling good about the start of this week and I’m determined to make it better than the last. Thank you to everyone who listened to my struggles with anxiety the past couple weeks; I can’t tell you all how much it means to me. Many of you offered ideas for managing my anxious thoughts as well as provided general support, and I’m truly grateful to have heard from so many of you. My latest post is on comparing yourself to others and how you can calibrate your mindset to make it a healthy habit rather than a destructive one. Take a look over on my blog (link in bio!)
After a few weeks of steady improvement in my mental health, the past week has seen a return of my anxiety 😔 Do you have any tips for unfolding out of the ball of distress I feel like I’ve become? I’ve written a post about this over on the blog.
